Protection and Safeguarding of Children

The protection of children is of the utmost importance for the progress of societies, whose level of civilization and development is closely linked to the ability to promote and defend the rights of those who are most vulnerable and unable to protect themselves. 

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore has formalized its commitment to supporting and ensuring the protection of children who are involved in the numerous activities organised and promoted by the University, in pursuit of its institutional goals and in line with its founding values. 

With the adoption of the Guidelines, the University provides the academic community with a behavioural framework to follow when carrying out activities involving children. 

Any reports of situations or behaviors detrimental to the well-being of children involved in activities conducted with members of the university community should be sent to the dedicated email address: child.protection@unicatt.it.
