Not a theoretical lesson, but a practical experience in which you will be the protagonist: decisions to make, challenges to face, teamwork and problem solving.
Guided by Stroili HR professionals, you will concretely apply your knowledge and experience first-hand what it means to work in the company. At the end of the workshop, a moment of analysis and discussion will help you reflect on the soft skills you have put in place to gain greater awareness of your strengths and areas for development.
